TIDA-01579高效低波紋輸出電源參考設計
TI公司的TIDA-01579是采用TpS6282x系列等的高效低波紋輸出電源參考設計，采用DCS-Control?拓拓，輸出電流高達3A（TpS62823），26/25mΩ內(nèi)部功率開關，非常低的靜態(tài)電流4μA，典型開關頻率2.2MHz，可調(diào)輸出電壓從0.6V到4V，1%反饋電壓精度，100%占空比，內(nèi)部有軟起動電路，主要用在手持/電池供電設備的pOL電源，工廠和建筑物自動化，移動計算和網(wǎng)絡卡，固態(tài)驅(qū)動，數(shù)據(jù)終端和pOL.本文介紹了參考設計TIDA-01579主要特性和指標，框圖，電路圖，材料清單和pCB設計圖。

TheTpS6282xincludeanautomaticallyenteredpowersavemodetomaintainhighefficiencydowntoverylightloads.
ThedevicefeaturesapowerGoodsignalandaninternalsoftstartcircuit.Itisabletooperatein100%mode.Forfaultprotection，itincorporatesaHICCUpcurrentlimitaswellasathermalshutdown.

Videodoorbellsprovideasetoffeaturescommontomanytraditionalvideosurveillancedevices.Thisdistinguishingfeaturedemandsauniquepowerdesigntoensuretrouble-freeoperationfromtheubiquitous，butwidely-varying，ACdoorbellsupply.TofullyutilizeanACsourcethatpresentsasubstantialbottleneck，thepowerdesignshouldbeasefficientaspossible.ThisdesignusesTI’snewsynchronousbuckconvertersandLDOsprovidingacompleteandcustomizablesupplyoptimizedforvideodoorbells.
OurnewestconvertersinQFNandSOT-563packagesallowforasupplydesignthatrequiresminimalboardspaceandhasalowthermalimpact—bothofwhichareneededforsmallerformfactorelectronics.Forbettercompatibility，sequencingispossibleforallrails.
Ipnetworkcamerashaveincreasingimageresolution，processing，andilluminationrequirementswhilestillfittinginsmallenclosures.Aftersteppingdownfromamid-tohigh-voltageDCpowersourcesuchaspluginpowerorpoE，thesystemdemandspoint-of-loadconversionwithhighefficiencyandasmallfootprint.
Bothefficiencyandfootprintareimportanttoaccommodatesmallenclosureswith，typically，less-thanadequateventilation.Thisdesignisoptimizedforbothefficiencyandfootprintwhilealsoprovidingtheflexibilitytotailortomoreadvanced，power-demandingloads，suchasadedicatedimagerecognitionprocessoror4Kvideoprocessor.
Wirelessorbattery-poweredcamerasrequirehighefficiencyatbothfullloadsandlightloads.Thesecamerastypicallyemploymotiondetection，humaninterface，orwirelesscommunicationsmonitoring，oranycombinationofthethree，tominimizetimespentinpower-hungrystatesquiescentcurrentsandshutdowncurrentsofsubsystemsareveryimportantasthesestandbycurrentscanhavesignificantimpactonoverallbatterylife.TheTIDA-01579referencedesignhasbeenoptimizedforthisapplicationbyutilizingTI’slow-powerconvertersfeaturingbothlightloadefficiencyandshutdownwithlowIq.Convertershutdownandlow-Iqloadswitchescanbeusedtocutpowertosubsystemswithless-than-desirablestandbyconsumption—savingcostandextendingbatterylife.
